  • What kind of boat will we be on?

    We have a top of the line luxury 23’ Manitou Pontoon with a swim platform. The boat pictured throughout our site is the boat you will be on.

  • Do your driver's have a special license?

    They sure do! All of our captains have their Coast Guard certified Master Captain Certification which requires at least 80 hours of classwork, a national exam nd over 360 hour of boating experience.

  • Where do you pick us up/drop us off?

    If you are staying on Gull Lake, dop off and pick up to your resort or rental are included in the fee. If not, we will meet you at the Gull Lake Marina, which shares a parking lot with Ernie’s on Gull Lake restaurant.

  • Do I pay for gas in addition to the rental? Are there hidden fees?

    Nope! The fee includes fuel and no additional fees. Tips are appreciated for our drivers and hosts but not required.

  • Do I need to sign a contract?

    Yes. The person setting up the reservation will have a contract and each passenger will sign a waiver the day of the cruise.

  • Do you provide food/beverages?

    No, but you are welcome to bring the on the boat! Remember that a cooler can weigh about as much as a passenger so plan accordingly.

  • I have one more person that your listed passengers, is that ok?

    Unfortunately, no. The passenger limit is set by the recommendations from the boat manufacturer.

  • Can we swim off of the pontoon?

    YES! For the 6 hour cruises we are happy to take you places to jump off of the boat, float in the lake, a sand bar, whatever your crew is looking for!

  • Are pets allowed?

    As much as we love your furry family membrs, they are not alowe on the boat. No exceptions.

  • Do I need to wear a life jacket?

    Children 10 and under are required to wear life jackets at all times the boat is moving per State law. The boat will have enough adult life jackets for capacity, but if you have smaller children that will need life jackets please let us know ahead of time so we can have them available. You are welcome to bring your own life jackets as well.

  • Should we tip the driver and/or host?

    100% of tips go directly to the driver/host. While not required, they are appreciated.

  • What form of payments do you accept?

    You will be billed via emil and can pay via a secure link with any major credit card.

  • What is the cancellation poilicy?

    Weather-related (lightning, high winds) cancellations will be considered for a full refund or credit, but not until the day of the charter as forecasts change.

    Any cancellations within 48 hours of reservation will incur a $150 fee.

  • Can we adjust the start/end time?

    We may have some wiggle room depending on other bookings for the day but assume that the times listed will be it.
